The Wall 2 years, 3 months agoHappy New Year, everyone. I thought this was worth sharing. On the run up to Christmas I bought a Harry Potter themed Painting/Colouring book for my nephew, it turns out Winsor & Newton products were recommended and listed within.

We would like to thank her for her many years of dedication and the passion she still shows every day at work. Petra is a very valuable member of the Northern Europe team. She is always available for the team and always knows how to help, thanks to her many years of experience.
And thank you from all colleagues currently in the office for the delicious Pizza / Pasta / Salad for lunch.

The Wall 2 years, 3 months agoA happy, healthy, and prosperous new year to everyone.
Time for our small but mighty NA Creative Team to share our 2023 EOY production reel with all of you. This encompasses a year that was quite busy and challenging for us, and pushed Maria and I into new areas of growth, development, and understanding. As Colart flexes and evolves, so must we.
I am continually very proud of the work we accomplish day after day. We collaborate with our brands to bring them to life, and express their quality, innovation, and creative energy out in to the world – whether through our customer channels, direct to consumer, on social, at trade shows, digitally, physically, etc.
We end the year very tired (!), but we always come back with a renewed sense of determination to make the next one even better, to push forward, and to learn from every assignment.
Cheers to each of you. Enjoy our reel here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kaytx1dafo81ema/2023%20NA%20Creative%20Team%20Production%20Highlight%20video.mp4?dl=0

Millions of tonnes of clothing, shoes and other textiles end up in landfill every year because very little is sent for recycling .
“The current fashion system uses high volumes of non-renewable resources, including petroleum, extracted to produce clothes that are often used only for a short period of time, after which the materials are largely lost to landfill or incineration. “This system puts pressure on valuable resources such as water, pollutes the environment and degrades ecosystems in addition to creating societal impacts on a global scale.” There are good reasons to seek out alternatives to chucking clothes in the bin – globally the fashion industry is responsible for 10% of all greenhouse gas emissions, with textile production alone is estimated to release 1.2 billion tonnes of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere every year. Vast amounts of water are also needed to produce the clothes we wear too and the fashion industry is responsible for 20% of global waste water. At the same time we are buying more clothes than ever – the average consumer now buys 60% more clothing than they did 15 years ago. More than two tonnes of clothing are bought each minute in the UK, more than any other country in Europe. Globally, around 56 million tonnes of clothing are bought each year, and this is expected to rise to 93 million tonnes by 2030 and 160 million tonnes by 2050.
"Reuse. Recycle. Rethink — your clothes deserve a second life, not a landfill."
