The Wall 2 years, 4 months agoUpon receiving my New Starter Welcome Pack, I was very daunted at the mess I would make! It turns out the instructions we’re very clear and helped me through.
I am now looking forward to trying something without instructions and seeing how that goes….

The Wall 2 years, 4 months ago2023 is about to end, not an easy year in many respects,at the Fine Art Channel, however, we are closing it on a very optimistic note, for a very long time, we have been missing in Poland one but very important product group – Lefranc Bourgeois LINEL EXTRA-FINE GOUACHE
it is finally here, or in fact – will be – soon!
Dominik – it seems small gain, just one product group, only a few hundred euros.
In the long term, however, it will certainly bring us much more.
Well done!
Lefranc Bourgeois LINEL EXTRA-FINE GOUACHE soon available on https://szal-art.pl

It’s all about small, important steps such as this – well done Dominik! …

Good news Jakub and well done Dominik. LB is a beautiful brand and we should not keep Linel just for ourselves… Polish artists should have the opportunity to use it too 😉…

The Wall 2 years, 4 months ago🌟Christmas is the time for giving back! 🌟
Colart Italy Marketing team was happy to dedicate Community Day in favour of NGO “Mani Tese” that operates in Africa, Asia and Latin America, with projects for international cooperation to develop an independent and sustainable economy together with local communities for over 50 years.
We joined for a Day the volunteers of the project “More than a gift wrap” wrapping Christmas gifts in an important bookshop in Milano and in 1 day we managed to raise over 500 euro that will contribute to the construction of a primary school in Benin!
We spent beautiful time in favour of a precious project and will renew the experience !

The Wall 2 years, 4 months agoAs of today, Monday 18th December, we’ve given you a new look email address incorporating the B Corp logo.
If, for any reason, something is not right, please contact your local IT Service Desk for support.
-
Gareth, the new look, including the B Corp logo looks great!…
-
I disagree! For North America there is a second line of logos. I created a thinktank idea over the summer because the issue was that the images were not combined (that has been solved) and that the signature was too much. It is now even bigger than it was. This is definitely not needed for internal emails. I have already had more than one instance in the last 2 days where people did not notice the actual text within the email because all they saw was signature…
-
Gareth Meredith replied 2 years, 4 months ago
Thanks for the feedback Stephanie. We will collect your feedback, along with others and review. We have used a new template which means that the logos cannot be combined. It was necessary to use this new template to accommodate the B Corp logo. It’s important to know that almost all regions have different templates, so there are many scenario’s. We have anticipated feedback so please be patient as we review and iterate. This new template represents a celebration and pride in our B Corp certification.

Hi Gareth, I love the new look signature. It’s fresh and current. I have noticed the gender pronouns aren’t shown. Was it a decision to remove or mistakenly missed off? …
-
Gareth Meredith replied 2 years, 4 months ago
Hi Liz. I “love” that you have raised this as it is very important and necessary to align with DEI manifesto. It was also raised in North America yesterday too. I am creating a log and we will most certainly be rectifying this. We will keep you updated. Thank you. …

The new email signature is quite chunky. I appreciate that we have brands to be proud of, but I would almost be tempted not to have them here and just keep the top section, which already has the Colart and B Corp logos. The top 50/50 section with the key contact info looks modern and fresh, trying to include the brand logos as well makes it look a bit clunky in my view. …

Millions of tonnes of clothing, shoes and other textiles end up in landfill every year because very little is sent for recycling .
“The current fashion system uses high volumes of non-renewable resources, including petroleum, extracted to produce clothes that are often used only for a short period of time, after which the materials are largely lost to landfill or incineration. “This system puts pressure on valuable resources such as water, pollutes the environment and degrades ecosystems in addition to creating societal impacts on a global scale.” There are good reasons to seek out alternatives to chucking clothes in the bin – globally the fashion industry is responsible for 10% of all greenhouse gas emissions, with textile production alone is estimated to release 1.2 billion tonnes of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere every year. Vast amounts of water are also needed to produce the clothes we wear too and the fashion industry is responsible for 20% of global waste water. At the same time we are buying more clothes than ever – the average consumer now buys 60% more clothing than they did 15 years ago. More than two tonnes of clothing are bought each minute in the UK, more than any other country in Europe. Globally, around 56 million tonnes of clothing are bought each year, and this is expected to rise to 93 million tonnes by 2030 and 160 million tonnes by 2050.
"Reuse. Recycle. Rethink — your clothes deserve a second life, not a landfill."
