    Art After Dark with Cass Art X Royal Watercolour Society

    In collaboration with Cass Art and the Royal Watercolour Society, we hosted an โ€˜Art After Darkโ€™ evening event at the Londonโ€™s RWS Gallery. The night was to celebrate the opening of the RWS Open 2024 call for entries, open for artists at all stages of their career to submit work in any water-based media on paper.

    The event consisted of brand-driven activities, giving attendees an insight into the creative journey of various successful artists, and into the materiality, history, and quality of our products. We also had Mark Cann demonstrating the process of creating watercolour paint, and Stephanie Nebbia presenting spotlighted items from our Winsor & Newton archive.

    With the gallery only a stoneโ€™s throw from the Cass Art Charing Cross store, we offered attendees a 20% discount voucher, redeemable in-store on Winsor & Newton and Liquitex products until the end of this month. We will be analysing redemptions of vouchers and engagement with content on Cassโ€™ email and social channels to take learnings into our next activation.

    • Great event showcasing our brands and driving traffic to Cass for the voucher sales redemption. Massive well done to Eden, Steph and Mark for organising and hosting.

    This week we held an LB 2024 digital marketing planning workshop with the French team in Charbonnel. A productive session in an incredible setting. While the conversation was mainly focused on digital (naturally!), it was hard to ignore the significance of having a direct, physical touchpoint with our consumers in such a prime location. After all – we know both online and offline play a key role in the consumer journey.

    Thank you Clemence and Marie for hosting us, and taking us through your 2024 ambitions. Looking forward to collaborating together further to help drive international growth for our wonderful French brands next year!

    Yesterday we had some early Halloween celebrations at the London office. Lots of fun with Liquitex, Reeves and LB acrylics, painting pumpkins, and using Snazaroo face paints, stencils and glitter.ย
