    Edding Example

Sharing this example from Edding… they got a tiktok comment requesting a set they didn’t currently make.  So they thought What if we just go for it From comment to available online within 11 days a community led NPD. They even named the bundle after the original requestor which also generated great feedback from their tiktok community…. would love to hear people’s thoughts on this example of collective agility

    • Wouahh, amazing!!
The question is : is it virtual as written on the picture or really available on the market?
It would also be interesting to understand what they have done internally, and what was related to an external supplier.
Nevertheless, it’s quite inspiring and this is a mindset we could set up for our future developments.
      Well done Edding .

    • Its ready to buy online (don’t think in retail) but great mindset and speed – in their own words

: We didn’t overthink it: In just 11 days, the set was live. What followed was more than positive feedback. It was appreciation for being heard. So this wasn’t about creating a bestseller but to build trust within our community. And yes, we had some fun, too.

      • Agree. it’s the power of being responsive and open to community input. I’d be curious how we can build more of this responsiveness into our own ways of working, and also take a moment to recognize the times we’ve already done something similar. Great mindset to carry into Hackathon next week, so we can quickly bring the best ideas to life.

    • Inspiring set-assembly and/or bundle-discount agility!

    • i liked in particular the pride and response from having the set named after the person requesting it. Pretty special to have your own product name (*manifests Brennan’s Bundle)

🌍✏️ Winsor & Newton at the Urban Sketchers International Symposium 2025 in Poznań!

This summer, in the very heart of Europe – Poznań, Poland – the Urban Sketchers International Symposium took place, the biggest event of the year for our Eastern Europe team. It was a huge challenge and an honor for us to step in as the event’s Premier Sponsor.

💡 Our amazing commercial team built a 5-meter-wide showroom planogram at the art market, where for 4 days we showcased our products and engaged with the community. We organized:🎨 a hugely popular testing table,📮 a postcard contest,🖌️ 9 workshops led by international watercolor stars – Maru Godas, Shari Blaukopf, and Stephanie Bower.

Over 180 participants learned techniques with our Designers Gouache and Professional Watercolour, while more than 700 artists and hobbyists received goodie bags filled with Winsor & Newton watercolor dot cards and paper samples.

We also had the chance to connect with influencers from around the globe, enjoy inspiring conversations, and even appear in some YouTube videos and Instagram stories where we presented our Revival Collection and Themed Sets.

🙏 A huge thank you to the entire team – Irek Harmak, Dominik Nocoń, and Vladislav Licko, led by Jakub Kopek – and to Jean Brooke Sumner for the invaluable support!

👉 Take a look at the Urban Sketchers Instagram to see how it all went: link

    • All credit goes to the wonderful team that cares for the development of the Winsor & Newton brand on the Polish and regional EE markets!

What I was particularly proud of was the fact that we received excellent feedback on both the quality and wide availability of our products around the world.

The huge amount of positive feedback we have received from users of our products from all over the world will certainly result in even greater success in many countries.

    • You’re absolutely right, Jakub – I can’t stress this enough! It was a huge international project, brought to life thanks to the dedication and talent of our local team. And we made it happen!

    • Congrats Ola, Jakub & team! Love see the W&N tabletop unit being displayed and utilised, merchandising always on point 👏

    • Looks like an amazing event – well done to all involved. Brand Power in action!

    • I agree, this looks like a fantastic event. Well done!

    • Outstanding work team, well done all!
Huge amount of preparation and working on own time to get this done, thanks for going “above and beyond” to make it such a great event.
Thanks for sharing the great consumer feedback.

Visit of a belgian group of passionate engravers in the shop ! They did a special tour in Paris to visit mythic places and among theses places of course CHARBONNEL shop !

They were lucky to meet the new face of the shop : Mathilde REYNAL (Mathilde being a profesional engraver also, she can give good advices to the customers and link with them so Charbonnel enlarge its community)

Belgium is a good place for engravers, but not a lot of shops, so they did a good shopping here ! Do not hesitate to send you clients visiting here when they go to Paris 🙂
