Bravo Rama!

Very nice to see such an “old” brand always loved by young & contemporary artists : when Master Pieces meet Gallery Classic ; ) .
Most of them are using Lefranc Bourgeois Acrylic and Flashe ranges. … -
Looks like a great event, I echo Clemence, great to see heritage and modernity fuse together. Out of interest what happens to the fresco’s at the end of the festival? …

Thank you @benjamin-hodgsoncolart-com. At the end of the festival, the murals are displayed in the park for one year, then the following year they are covered by other artworks. Only the giant cube remains and is displayed in various locations around the city. For example, on the forecourt of the Musée Tessée in Le Mans, on a busy roundabout……

This was such a fun and unique event! @jimmy-lesliecolart-com captured it perfectly when he described that mischievous feeling of ‘oh, we shouldn’t be doing this’—painting on something typically off-limits made it all the more exciting!
Thank you to everyone involved for another successful brand activation! …

The Wall 8 months, 3 weeks agoOccasionally, the responses to our brand partner application forms give us insight on how wide our range of consumers really is. We recently received an application from a professional clown nose company that has been in business since the 80s and has exclusively used Liquitex Soft Body acrylic for the past 15 years. Testimonials on their site highlight the longevity of their products, which is a testament to the quality of our acrylics as well. Pretty cool! 🙂

Millions of tonnes of clothing, shoes and other textiles end up in landfill every year because very little is sent for recycling .
“The current fashion system uses high volumes of non-renewable resources, including petroleum, extracted to produce clothes that are often used only for a short period of time, after which the materials are largely lost to landfill or incineration. “This system puts pressure on valuable resources such as water, pollutes the environment and degrades ecosystems in addition to creating societal impacts on a global scale.” There are good reasons to seek out alternatives to chucking clothes in the bin – globally the fashion industry is responsible for 10% of all greenhouse gas emissions, with textile production alone is estimated to release 1.2 billion tonnes of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere every year. Vast amounts of water are also needed to produce the clothes we wear too and the fashion industry is responsible for 20% of global waste water. At the same time we are buying more clothes than ever – the average consumer now buys 60% more clothing than they did 15 years ago. More than two tonnes of clothing are bought each minute in the UK, more than any other country in Europe. Globally, around 56 million tonnes of clothing are bought each year, and this is expected to rise to 93 million tonnes by 2030 and 160 million tonnes by 2050.
"Reuse. Recycle. Rethink — your clothes deserve a second life, not a landfill."
