So great to see theses colorfoul products arriving soon on shelf to grow Lefranc Bourgeois !
Bravo Myrtille and all your transversal team for all the work since less than one year !
Sometimes people wonder what is “brand/marketing” : it is going from idea/positioning “dare to paint” to real life : theses new products embody the Lefranc Bourgeois values (joy, daring, transmission) ans “Dare to paint” promise: thanks to great artists who want to transmit their knowledge and passion to hobbyists: in each pack, there is a video (on the QR code) to learn how to replicate theses nices drawings with the colors of Lefranc Bourgeois. Join us in this movement! … -
Love your comment Clemence! Congrats on the upcoming launch team. I love seeing behind the scenes from our factory floors and the hard work that goes into getting our products online & into stores.…

The Wall 9 months agoIn Kidderminster at work today, as part of our wellbeing we arranged for an NHS Outreach van to visit our site to provide free consultations to those staff wishing to participate. The consultation involved checking blood pressure, cholesterol, oxygen and other tests, giving instant results and provided the opportunity to discuss other issues that may be a concern. The NHS team consisted of 2 health care professionals who, as a result of the individual’s tests, were able to signpost users to the next step if necessary and/or provide leaflets. All appointments were confidential and linked to our own NHS records so results could be documented with our doctors. This allowed us to have free, on-site wellbeing health checks for the 15 staff who elected to be seen, just taking 10 to 15 minutes per person. (Caroline and Hayley are in the photo with the NHS professional and the NHS outreach van.) This van also visits the homeless and provides essential, local community support.

Millions of tonnes of clothing, shoes and other textiles end up in landfill every year because very little is sent for recycling .
“The current fashion system uses high volumes of non-renewable resources, including petroleum, extracted to produce clothes that are often used only for a short period of time, after which the materials are largely lost to landfill or incineration. “This system puts pressure on valuable resources such as water, pollutes the environment and degrades ecosystems in addition to creating societal impacts on a global scale.” There are good reasons to seek out alternatives to chucking clothes in the bin – globally the fashion industry is responsible for 10% of all greenhouse gas emissions, with textile production alone is estimated to release 1.2 billion tonnes of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere every year. Vast amounts of water are also needed to produce the clothes we wear too and the fashion industry is responsible for 20% of global waste water. At the same time we are buying more clothes than ever – the average consumer now buys 60% more clothing than they did 15 years ago. More than two tonnes of clothing are bought each minute in the UK, more than any other country in Europe. Globally, around 56 million tonnes of clothing are bought each year, and this is expected to rise to 93 million tonnes by 2030 and 160 million tonnes by 2050.
"Reuse. Recycle. Rethink — your clothes deserve a second life, not a landfill."
