Cet été, Lefranc Bourgeois est fier de s’associer au festival Plein Champ en tant que partenaire officiel, et de soutenir la création artistique sous toutes ses formes. Ce rendez-vous unique, en plein air et entièrement gratuit, invite petits et grands à découvrir la richesse de la scène artistique avec la réalisation en live du fameux cube géant à la peinture Flashe, et avec tous les ateliers pour oser peindre ! 

En parallèle, Lefranc Bourgeois est également mécène de l’exposition “60 ans d’art urbain”, un événement exceptionnel qui investit la Collégiale Saint-Pierre-La-Cour au Mans, pour faire rayonner l’art urbain au cœur du Mans. 

👉 Cette exposition d’envergure est rendue possible grâce à la collection privée de Nicolas Laugero Lasserre (Icart & Fluctuart), figure incontournable de l’art urbain. Elle réunit quatre générations d’artistes aux influences variées, de renommée internationale, pour une véritable plongée dans l’histoire et l’évolution de ce mouvement vivant, engagé et en constante transformation.

🎨 Lefranc Bourgeois celebrates art in Le Mans! 🌿

This summer, Lefranc Bourgeois is proud to be associated with the Plein Champ festival as an official partner, and to support artistic creation in all its forms. This unique open-air event, entirely free of charge, invites young and old alike to discover the richness of the artistic scene with the live creation of the famous giant Flashe paint cube, and with all the workshops to dare to paint!

At the same time, Lefranc Bourgeois is also patron of the “60 ans d’art urbain” exhibition, an exceptional event that takes over the Collégiale Saint-Pierre-La-Cour in Le Mans, bringing urban art to the heart of Le Mans.

👉 This major exhibition is made possible by the private collection of Nicolas Laugero Lasserre (Icart & Fluctuart), a leading figure in urban art. It brings together four generations of internationally acclaimed artists with varied influences, for a veritable plunge into the history and evolution of this lively, committed and constantly transforming movement.

Celebrating Success: Our Wonderful Summer Party!

We’re thrilled to share the fantastic success of our recent summer party, where the London team came together for an unforgettable day of fun, laughter, and camaraderie. It was a perfect opportunity for everyone to relax, enjoy, and build stronger connections with colleagues.

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the delicious array of food and drinks, all masterfully prepared by our dedicated Wellbeing Team. A huge thank you to the Wellbeing team for their hard work and commitment to making the event memorable!

To add a friendly competitive spirit to the day, everyone was split into teams and participated in three exciting games. These activities encouraged everyone to step out of their usual circles and team up with colleagues they don’t normally interact with, fostering improved social bonds and creating lots of shared memories.

The energy, team spirit, and infectious enthusiasm were truly remarkable! Check out some of the photos below capturing the joy and excitement of the day.

Fire Drill Recap – June 18, 2025

A Strong Step Forward in Safety Preparedness

On Wednesday, June 18 at 10:30 AM, DC4 NA conducted a scheduled fire drill across our facility—and we’re proud to report that it was a resounding success!

What Happened?

The drill was executed smoothly and efficiently:

• Evacuation and Roll Call Time: 4 minutes and 50 seconds
• Total Duration (including alarm shutdown): 6 minutes and 19 seconds
• Previous Drill (for comparison): 8 minutes to evacuate, 11 minutes total

This marks a significant improvement in both speed and coordination!

A Twist in the Scenario

To add a layer of realism and challenge, I played the role of “the fire” by blocking the main entrance during the drill (see attached picture!). This unexpected obstacle encouraged teams to think on their feet and use alternative evacuation routes—a critical skill in real emergency situations where primary exits may be inaccessible.

It was great to see how quickly and calmly everyone adapted, demonstrating strong situational awareness and flexibility.

What Went Well?

Deputy Fire Marshal Edward McDermott, who was on-site to observe, had high praise for the team. He noted:

• Quick and safe gathering at muster points
• Clear communication throughout the drill
• Low noise levels that allowed instructions to be heard and followed effectively
