The Wall 4 years, 3 months agoI am giving you below a good reason to celebrate today !
As most of you are aware, we are working in Colart on what we call the « Labelling Project ». This project was initiated due to constant evolution with Regulations in EU = the labels for the products we manufacture and that are sold in EU cannot continue to meet regulatory labelling requirements as they were.
Therefore, one big (first:) step of the project was to amend 3 077 artworks for our brands. This step requires a lot of work between different departments to define the changes, align, amend, develop new cutterguides when needed, trial, check, approve etc…
And today is the big day as we can officially announce that ALL ARTWORKS for the “Labelling Project” have been amended and are now available for all the products impacted by these changes.
Of course, there are a lot of other big steps underway for this project, but I thought we could at least celebrate this huge one !

Well done everyone, great to see huge progress on such a big and challenging project.
Looking at the roll call of people, it also looks like the lab has successfully pioneered work to clone Eduardo no less than 9 times which I’m sure provided lots of extra people power to the project. Either that or there is a bug for to be fix on the wall!…

The Wall 4 years, 3 months agoI’m pleased to announce that we have launched the new Spain Colart B2B Trade website (https://trade.colart.com/es). This is a result of months of hard work and planning. I would like to thank the Spain team: Vicente and Barbara and also my exceptional project team: Nicky, Rachael, Arthur, Stuart for their excellent work on this project. The site has 224 registered clients so far. We went through several iterations of test orders, technical fixes, and even a big holiday period so we can finally release this website to the customers. We have received positive feedback from the initial user testing, and everyone was pleased to proceed to a full launch of the website. Again, huge thanks to everyone involved in this endeavor and I look forward to opening the next site.
