The Wall 11 months agoInteractive Retail Pilot Launches at London Graphic Centre
We are delighted to announce the launch of our first interactive digital screen at London Graphic Centre. We developed and led this project to showcase our Promarker range in a bold new way. This pioneering pilot blends creativity and technology to elevate the in-store experience, giving shoppers an engaging, self-guided way to explore our products through rich visual content, inspiring usage ideas, and colour navigation tools.
This project reflects our passion for innovation and commitment to quality, not only in our products, but in how we present them at the point of sale. Driven by Colart and delivered with agility through strong cross-functional teamwork, the screen enhances the shopper journey, strengthens brand presence in a competitive category, and opens the door to future, scalable in-store activations. It also provides valuable engagement data, enabling more informed and accountable retail decisions as part of a wider test-and-learn approach.
A huge thank you to Viktoria Saplaoura, Ruben Nunkoo, and Chevelle Sands for their creativity and collaboration throughout this project.
👉 If you’re nearby, visit London Graphic Centre to see the screen for yourself — and share your feedback!
📈 Pending evaluation of shopper interaction and sales uplift, this pilot may pave the way for broader in-store rollouts and development across key retail partners.

Congratulations on this launch Guy & Viktoria (and Ruben & Chevelle). Loved the video showing the screen in action as well as your first customer engaging with it! A really exciting project; this screen (hopefully the first of many) is a fantastic step forward in strengthening our brand storytelling and the customers’ in-store experience. Can’t wait to see the impact they’ll have on customer engagement. After the initial launch period, it would be interesting to see some KPIs or heat maps to find out what areas of the touch screen customers engage with the most. We could then apply these learnings to our retailer digital brand pages.

Awesome Guy! Looks really impressive (but guess the challenge is in updating the content regularly enough to continue keeping it engaging). Definitely something new in trade, so well done!…

I’m not always the most active supporter of investment in merchandising units but this looks fantastic, well done to the team, this really stands out and paves a way for pushing how we use technology as a promotion tool in a traditional retail environment, I like this mash-up! Imagine if it could ‘sense’ which product the shopper was looking at/handling and feed relevant usage guides/product specific content to the user as they select their product (one day…. maybe) …

Thanks Benjamin — really appreciate your comments! The technology to enable lift-and-learn tracking is actually already available, and the screen has been specified with this functionality as a future option. It’s on our roadmap to activate this further down the line, so your vision is very much aligned with where we’re heading. Exciting times ahead!…

Millions of tonnes of clothing, shoes and other textiles end up in landfill every year because very little is sent for recycling .
“The current fashion system uses high volumes of non-renewable resources, including petroleum, extracted to produce clothes that are often used only for a short period of time, after which the materials are largely lost to landfill or incineration. “This system puts pressure on valuable resources such as water, pollutes the environment and degrades ecosystems in addition to creating societal impacts on a global scale.” There are good reasons to seek out alternatives to chucking clothes in the bin – globally the fashion industry is responsible for 10% of all greenhouse gas emissions, with textile production alone is estimated to release 1.2 billion tonnes of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere every year. Vast amounts of water are also needed to produce the clothes we wear too and the fashion industry is responsible for 20% of global waste water. At the same time we are buying more clothes than ever – the average consumer now buys 60% more clothing than they did 15 years ago. More than two tonnes of clothing are bought each minute in the UK, more than any other country in Europe. Globally, around 56 million tonnes of clothing are bought each year, and this is expected to rise to 93 million tonnes by 2030 and 160 million tonnes by 2050.
"Reuse. Recycle. Rethink — your clothes deserve a second life, not a landfill."
