    Today, two proposals from production were accepted for thinktank upgrade review. The improvements identified close at hand not only help  cost-saving but also contribute to the stability of product quality, and employees have grown throughout the idea implementation process. By the way, the number of  CTAM thinktank idea in 2024 is the same as last year, but the total number of employees has decreased, which indicates that the per capita proposal contribution rate has increased.

    • what was the detail of the proposals and how will they make life better?
      Maybe we can all learn something from it?

      • One is cost improvement of paste technical processing card which is Non-BOM material: focus on card and plastic covers’dimesion and material for cost saving; Another one is improvement of undertake equipment between marken pen filling equipment and weighting system, after improvement, is marken pen can be go through weighting system orderly, then reduce mistake probability, ensure marken pen quality.

    Just last Sunday, in collaboration with our valued customer, we transformed Shanghai Book City into a vibrant hub of creativity with our dynamic campaign. Known as one of the city’s premier cultural landmarks, Shanghai Book City attracts a diverse and high-volume crowd. Twenty-five enthusiastic participants donned TTEOTA aprons as we explored the themes of nature and environment using the newly launched W&N studio acrylic.

    With the campaign, the W&N studio acrylic enlisted in the stores at this high-profile location. Aslo, we expanded the reach beyond art exam students to engage beginner and hobbiest, showcasing the endless possibilities of acrylic.
