Talent Acquisition in Splash

We’re pleased to announce an enhancement to Splash, adding a Talent Acquisition tab to your current homepage.

The two core benefits to this new tab are Internal Vacancies and MyJobs.

Internal Vacancies

This provides a quick option to view all internal jobs currently available and replaces the existing OPEN JOBS view. You’ll get to see jobs across all regions providing better insight to your career development.

MyJobs

If you’re a hiring manager, this replaces our existing, paper-based process in the creation and approval of a requisition.

The benefits to this are numerous and include:

  • No more paper trails and full visibility of the status of an existing requisition
  • The ability to view candidate applications online against your requisition
  • A more streamlined candidate experience.
  • No more manual reviewing of candidates allowing faster processing of applications.
  • Quicker resumes to you and faster communication back to the candidate
  • Safe storage of data in compliance with GDPR requirements
  • Options to develop insightful dashboards to better assist with future talent acquisition decisions

For hiring managers, like everything else in Splash, functionality is intuitive, however we’re developed training videos (see below) that provide a step-by-step guide to creating a requisition.
