Logging in Colart websites and services

Annoyed with using many different credentials to log into company services and websites?

We appreciate the feedback that we received from many of you and the issue has been investigated by our Technology team. We are glad to inform you that the process of logging into these services will be simplified to make your life easier! Our goal is to standardise the format of all login credentials and email addresses across the whole company.

When and how will it happen?

These changes will be implemented across all Colart sites over the next few months. You will be contacted by your local Tech Support Team so that they can make the required changes to your computer at a time of your convenience.

What will my email address look like?

The format chosen for consistency will be firstname.lastname@colart.com

Questions and Answers

• If my customers still use my old email address, will I be receiving their emails?

Yes, you will – the new email address will be sync to the old one.

• Do I need to update my Business Card?

No, there is no need to update your Business Card. People will be still able to contact you using the old email address.

• Do I need to update my signature in Outlook?

No, the Service Desk Team will do that for you.
