Code of Conduct

We are pleased to communicate the update of the Colart Code of Conduct:

The purpose of this Code is to help you understand the way in which our values guide how we conduct and are seen to conduct our day-to-day activities. The Code also outlines our legal responsibilities at an individual and company level together with reflecting the high standards of ethics and business morals needed in all our operations and internal/external relations.

The Code already forms the basis of your terms and conditions of employment and recognising the importance of our commitment to the Code, we will be asking you to acknowledge your understanding of the Code contents. To do this, we will follow a similar process to the acknowledgment for GDPR, namely:

1. For those people with access to Splash – you will receive a ACTION request to read and acknowledge the Code in Splash
2. For those people without access to Splash – you will be given a hard copy of the Code and asked to sign acknowledgment of receipt.

We will also look to introduce training of our Code from next year and more details will follow on this.
