As a reminder, what are the objectives of “Day in Life Programme”?
This programme provides a great opportunity to:

- Understand the challenges and needs of colleagues
- Share information and learn from others
- Create social and professional bonds
- Improve internal communication
- Get a better vision of the organisation
- Create collaboration and break silos
How “Day in Life Programme” works at Colart?
Participation is on a voluntary basis. Each Employee is offered the possibility to spend a day with a colleague and has the opportunity to experience what the job is like and ask all their questions.
Just put yourself in the shoes of your colleague!
Start the day with an open mind, listen and watch, forget all your pre-existing ideas about the job you will discover.
What is the timing?
Our ambition is to deploy it further in the UK, Europe, China & US in November and early December 2019 and in a structured way, giving everybody the opportunity to learn from each other.
