Please fill out all of your details in the form and then send.
If you are going to need to be trained on how to perform Bank uploads, please email thebanksupport@colart.com and a training session will be arranged. This will also impact the access level you have on the Bank.
Reseller Registration
Please send any resellers or other external parties who wish to have access to https://thebank.colart.com/register
Please ensure when you send the link that the reseller knows their Colart Account number and regular point of contact, as contacting the reseller to request this information can cause delays to the process.
In all cases
Please note that all Bank registrations need to be checked and approved manually, so while we always try to process all registrations as soon as possible, depending on when a Registration request is received it can take a couple of working days for the user to receive their Welcome email.
