Phone calls using Office365

Dear All,

Due to recent phone migration, some of you might realise that the phone number that has been assigned to you before, does no longer work. We have contacted all our employees to check if they need and want to keep their phone number.

Please be aware that one of our goals was to reduce any unnecessary costs to the business. In this case, was reducing the number of phone contracts that have not been used for a long time.

If your number has been deactivated that means that we didn’t hear from you, or that we’ve been advised that you do not make or receive external calls and there is no need for you to keep the number.

In case you realise you do require a phone number, please contact your line manager as there is a cost associated against it which will need to be approved before going ahead.

*If you own a company mobile phone please use it to make your call.
