An ambassador is someone who drives change in the organisation, they’ll have full support from Ajita and Richard.
The role of Ambassadors:
An ‘activist’ network that leads, inspires and supports sustainable practice across Colart:
• Notice things which need to change or could be improved
• Start, sustain and/or grow experimental projects
• Learn and celebrate what works and share it
• Build energy, participation and momentum across Colart for a sustainable organisation
• Share and discuss ideas as a learning community.
Ambassadors will be bringing sustainability to work with them, whether that be in their everyday role or bring ideas that can help Colart in other parts of the organisation.
Ambassadors will drive Colart Sustainability strategy “Enhancing the wellbeing of people and planet”
Fundamentally to reduce environmental impact and increase social impact.
Sustainability Ambassadors are there to stoke the conversation, drive change in the business and integrate sustainability as BAU.
We have 24 ambassadors across all sites, we have re-started the ambassador network with a Teams site for the ambassadors to share their ideas and updates.
