Shopper Marketing Changes

August 18, 2020 | | | 2 comments

Iโ€™m delighted to welcome Packaging and Artwork to the Shopper Marketing team, with Lawrence, Fatima and Fero moving across with immediate effect. Packaging is a key communication point to shoppers at the point of purchase and we need to ensure that we offer a complete experience to the shopper and this move ensures we are joined up.

Currently, the team is busy working on:

โ€ข Winsor and Newton paper relaunch and Water Colour sets NPD.

โ€ข LB Charbonnel redesign and 300yr gift set animation for a digital campaign.

โ€ข Snazaroo NPD for young adults.

As well as working on a sustainable packaging strategy, to name but a few of the projects.

They also need to plan in time for 2021 Brand Plans NPD, and a significant regulations project that will affect 4000-5000 products as we have to abide by new EU regulations on biocides and Titanium Dioxide.

As we continue to build a point of difference v our competitors in Shopper Marketing, our capabilities now extend to:

โ€ข Merchandising

โ€ข Shopper Comms

โ€ข Retail Experience

โ€ข Packaging

โ€ข Category Management

All underpinned by Insight.

The new team structure is:

Please join me in welcoming Lawrence, Fatima and Fero to the team!

Shopper Marketing Director

  1. Thanks for keeping us informed. More generally, given all of the changes across many BUs these past few months, it would be really useful to have a global or at least country specific organisation charts. Maybe this exists in one form or the other, in which case, please do direct me to it!

  2. @sarwarzcolart-com Hi Sarwar. Did you know that Splash can do this for you. Importantly, as it is systems based it will always be the most up to date rather than relying on large org charts that quickly get out of date. Simply log in to Splash. In the top right hand corner there is a box symbol sitting next to bell symbol. Click on this and search the employee. This will provide you with who their manager is, who their direct reports are and who their colleagues are. I hope this helps? Cheers Gareth
