Comms Team Update

We are delighted to announce Gareth Meredith’s appointment as Colart Corporate Communications, Learning and Events Manager. Irene Rubio, who has been solely responsible for all of our corporate communications, will move over from the digital team and report into Gareth.

Together, they will focus on new and improved initiatives to ensure that all employees continue to remain informed and engaged. This work will ensure we retain the essence of our Colart family, which is especially essential during remote working and pandemic times. Gareth will additionally take on communications learning responsibilities working with teams across the business to provide learning and education courses to our staff, customers and consumers.

Finally, with the repositioning of Elephant West as a facility for the use of the whole of Colart, Gareth will also assume site management responsibility. Key to this will be driving physical brand and community engagement at a local level in the newly transformed space.

Gareth’s skill set ideally aligns for this new role, especially given his past role as Global Talent Acquisition Partner and his new learnings from Elephant West. We look forward to seeing him developing and growing his new role.
