Winsor & Newton Global Brand Team – People Changes

A lot is going on in the Winsor & Newton brand team lately, with several people changes.

The organisation chart below reflects the new team structure after all the changes, however, here is what has happened:

  • Stephanie Eldred has held a 12-month maternity role as Senior Brand Manager, Communications. We are delighted to announce that she will retain this role, in a permanent capacity. Also, we are currently recruiting a new support role for Stephanie, as Communications Content Manager. This additional resource ensures that we can continue to drive and enhance significant communications initiatives for the brand.
  • Marine Fau has decided to pursue her own business opportunities and therefore, will not be returning from maternity leave. We wish her all future success. Jean Brook Sumner will return from maternity leave on 1st September taking the role of Senior Brand Manager, Graphic Art Category. Agostina Capria will continue in her role as Junior Brand Manager for the Graphic Art Category and will report to Jean.
  • As crucial project leads, as well as holding their regional roles in Spain and North America, respectively, we have:
    • Marta Tinoco de Faria leading the Winsor & Newton paper project
    • Mary Ellen Kelly leading the Winsor & Newton synthetic brush project
  • Sebastian Bucholsky, who currently holds the role of Global Product Manager within the Northern European team, will permanently join the Winsor & Newton brand team from 15th September. As Brand Manager, he will support Susana Ng in her role as Senior Brand Manager to further grow our biggest category Fine Art. Remaining in Germany, Sebastian will continue to lead the Winsor & Newton Arrival and Canvas projects.

Finally, Elizabeth Ogunsola leaves us this week as she continues her university studies. As our intern for the past year, Elizabeth has been a massive support across the team. We wish her every success in her studies and future career development.

Winsor & Newton Global Brand Team: New structure from September 2020

These changes deliver a truly global team structure and ensure the best positioning to drive 2021 brand initiatives as well as the long-term roadmap.

Please join me in welcoming the new team members and thank you in advance for all your support with regards to onboarding.
