We are delighted to announce the return of Sanjay Sarwaha to the Colart business, joining as our new Director of Systems. Sanjay will be taking over the helm of leading the systems team from Patrick Ollier who plans to retire in June after a long and distinguished career at Colart.
Sanjay initially joined Colart in 2012 to be part of the team that delivered the M3 platform. He left in 2014 to join ACCO Brands to implement M3 as a Technical Delivery Manager and successfully delivered the project before returning in 2016 as a member of the team that delivered M3 into the USA. More recently he worked on the to implementation of the a new warehouse management system before becoming the interim operational director for the Piscataway warehouse.
Asked about his return, Sajay responded “My clear rationale for returning to Colart, is mainly based on my gratification of working as part of an exciting and diverse team, where everyone feels included. This non-regimental approach is coupled with open communication between peers and colleagues, collaborative discussions and outcomes. GLT and managers leading by example, demonstrating mutual respect and understanding for all.”
Sanjay has twenty years of experience in implementing and configuring large scale global ERP and Warehouse Management systems. He brings a deep understanding of the computing industry, his years of experience as a software developer, project manager and programme executive, and has helped numerous companies to modernise their operations, technology and capabilities.
Sanjay will oversee the future development of M3, WMS technologies and work with teams from across the business as we increasingly digitilse our factories, warehouses and offices. As soon as conditions allow, he will split his time between Le Mans and London.
