This time Jane Beeston, Chief People Officer, started the session talking about the importance of Diversity and Inclusion. After an empowering introduction, Jane passed the baton to our IWD guests.
Gaelle Carbonneil, UK Marketing Director at Colart and Dorothee Pezin-Nixon, Senior Global Brand Manager Lefranc Bourgeois discussed with Eloise Pariset, NASA Researcher, about the challenges and opportunities of being a leader with young children.
