LeadersPlus programme – interviews

It is not the first time we have talked about the LeadersPlus programme, but for those of you that are new or haven't heard of it, here is an introduction:

Leaderplus is an award-winning Fellowship programme designed to support middle and senior-level leaders with babies and young children to continue leadership growth and development whilst enjoying their children. The programme includes career development support, mentoring and access to a supportive cross-sector network with like-minded peers, often referred to as "NCT for professionals."

Colart has always been an enormous supporter of parents at work. Over the last few years, we have supported several women leaders in the UK to join the Leadersplus programme whilst on maternity leave. Earlier this year, the programme was open to men on their paternity leave as well.

We are very proud to partner with the LeadersPlus programme, and we know that our people attending this programme are equally as proud.

Over the last few months, we've interviewed Colart leaders, women and men, who participated in the programme.

Please watch the following video, which provides a window into our leader's experiences from this programme. We're proud of their openness and passion reflected in this production.

A special thanks to the following people;

Emily Steer, Editor Elephant - for interviewing all participants and allowing a forum for openness

and, the following Leaders who willingly gave up their time to be interviewed, expressing passion and openness:

Bhavna Savani, Corporate Finance Manager, Finance;  Cris Cosgrave, Sustainable Innovation Programme Manager, I&D; Jatin Kuckreja, Global Insight Director, Shopper Marketing; Jean Brooke-Sumner, Global Senior Brand Manager, Winsor&Newton;

  1. This is an amazing initiative bringing real value BUT we need to find a way to expand the offering across other countries. We will work with LeadersPlus to investigate their ideas….and of course your ideas are appreciated.
