Expensive running costs. Massive meetings rooms sitting empty. An office no longer fit for purpose. These were the challenges our Northern Europe Commercial Director Piet van Nassau had to face when deciding on space in Breda, our Netherlands based office.
Excited and motivated by the success of the launch last year at the “London Hub” co-working space and our new hybrid working model, Ways of Working, Piet started the search to replicate this in Breda.
“When we opened the old Breda office seven years ago, we took all the great ideas that were “tried and tested” from the old Studio Building headquarters and created our version in Breda. Knowing how well co-working and hotdesking works in London, we did the same again. The new space is located within a Regus site; a global serviced-office solutions business with a membership scheme that provides access to office space beyond Breda. Our office meets our “Planet, People and Profit” objectives: a sustainable, efficient, pleasant, and cheaper working environment. And now we have our very own “Breda Hub” where the team can connect, collaborate and communicate”, says van Nassau.
