Applications open for Leaders Plus 2022 Fellowship Programme
Colart has always been an enormous supporter of parents at work, which is reflected in the video, where Colart people discuss maternity and paternity leave.
Over the last few years, we have partnered with the award-winning Social Enterprise Leaders Plus to offer a select number of places on their Fellowship programme. Designed for leaders with young children, this is for individuals looking for support to combine their ambitious career dreams with looking after their young children (aged 0-12).
As part of the nine-month international Fellowship, you get;
- a senior leader mentor from your region.
- expert career development support.
- group coaching.
- a supportive cross-sector network of peers.
- practical support to overcome work/life balance challenges.
Hear from the Founder of LeadersPlus in the video interview where she discusses the evolution and future of the Fellowship programme.
In previous years the programme was open to UK based people. This year international applicants outside the UK can also apply. We have reserved 3 spaces for the 2022 programme (valued at £3k per person).
If you are interested in being part of the cohort for 2022, please complete the application form here.
Should there be interest beyond the 3 spaces, we will review our ability to fund accordingly.
The deadline to return this form is 18th February.

This is a fantastic programme and I’m really pleased to see that Leaders Plus have expanded the forum on an international basis….I hope we receive some international applications!
Having been a part of the last wave, I would STRONGLY recommend any parents/carers in the business to consider applying for this if you want to:
– hear from like minded and in same position individuals an families on how to juggle family and career priorities to get tips to excel in both.
– improve your networking and influencing skills.
– develop strong mentor relations with people outside our business and industry.
– appreciate yourself for being in a fantastic position of being an ambitious parent/carer where neither family nor career should be a choice, but both are achievable!
Happy to speak to anyone to explain in more detail if they are unsure about whether this is right for them or not.
It really helped me, my spouse and the tips I still share with my personal and professional network on what I picked up from this programme!
