Further to Harsa Beagley’s announcement regarding Penny Waldron, I would like to confirm some important changes to the UK HR team with immediate effect.
Harsa Beagley will be expanding her HR business partnering remit. As HR Director for UK & Northern Europe, she will also support Piet van Nassau on all people matters for Northern Europe.
The progression of Harsa’s role gives us an excellent opportunity to enable Kris Gebis and Stavroula Tzoumi to continue their professional HR growth. By progressing to the role of HR Generalist, Kris will provide dedicated HR support to Minehead, Lowestoft and Kidderminster, and Stavroula will provide dedicated HR support to the London Hub and Elephant.
Both Kris and Stavroula will be the HR point of contact across these business units for areas such as learning and development, employee relations, Splash and recruitment. Having the team located at the Hub also sees excellent opportunities for shared support and learning.
As previously communicated, Alison Wabe is part of the UK/NE HR team as Talent Acquisition, HR and Executive Assistant. Her role is quite broad, so it’s important to clarify, Alison will:
– Continue to support GLT.
– Support key recruitment activities for UK/ NE.
– Provide Health and Safety support for the London Hub.
– Act as the main administrator of the following systems: H&S eLearning, travel management company and the hot-desking tool.
As UK Payroll and Benefits Manager, Pat Shaw will continue to manage payroll, reward & benefits reporting in the UK.
The new HR structure for the UK and Northern Europe is:
Please join me in wishing the team every success in their new and current roles.
Jane Beeston,
Chief People Officer
Wishing all of you the very best in the future, onwards and upwards team! 😂
Congrats all, this looks like a super structure and all very clearly communicated.
