Town Hall Meeting. Friday 8th April

On Friday 8th April, we held our scheduled town hall meeting. This meeting was guest-hosted by our Chief Digital, Development and Disruption Officer, Toby Russell.

Breaking the traditional format but still talking about what inspires him, we saw a brilliant visual discussion on the pace of change and the digital revolution. Through story-telling, we were able to reflect on the speed of change with a visual overview that included the first, second, third and fourth industrial revolutions, with links to what this means to Colart today. Our guest speaker Stefano Maiorana provided great insights into our Consumer Care team with an overview of why the function exists, what they do, who they are, how they work and how they perform.
