Our annual employee engagement survey is now live. This is your chance to get your views across, and we want to hear from you!
Look out for your email with the link to the survey or click on the buttons above. If you are based in one of our factories or distribution centres, look out for the invite from your local HR business partner to the survey completion session.
We value your feedback. We are keen to understand whether we are living up to our people strategy to feel like a family and act like a high performing team and delivering on our commitment to make Colart a place where people want to be. The survey is always anonymous and confidential to allow your comments to be as open, honest, and transparent as possible.
Some of you will also be invited to some workshops over the next couple of weeks where we will discuss in more detail your views on sustainability – if you are keen to be involved in these workshops, please do let us know.
With this feedback and analysis of results (which we will, of course, share with you locally), we will look at what action we need to take to ensure the future continues to align with our People vision to inspire every person in Colart.
