In line with our DEI vision, our ambition is to be a genuinely inclusive employer, which is why we work with the award-winning social enterprise Leaders Plus to help parents continue to progress their careers. This year Colart invited applicants globally, and we are incredibly pleased to confirm that we have 5 people participating in the 9-month programme. You will hear more about their experience’s in future communication.
In the meantime, we would like to bring to your attention some free Leaders Plus events that will be running in the next few months. We have opened them up to any of you who are interested. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The events on offer include:
