Digital Structure and Change Update

Following the recent Global Digital Team Update in July, we have now reviewed and concluded on the new structure and reporting lines for the different teams that previously were part of the Global Digital Team.

Digital Strategy

The Digital Strategy Team will deliver strategic consultancy and execution within the four core specialisms of :

  1. Social
  2. Paid Media
  3. CLM (customer lifecycle marketing)
  4. SEO (search engine optimisation)

The Digital Strategy Team will offer consultancy and guidance on how best to utilise technology and data, working across the marketing funnel to identify, attract and establish long-lasting, meaningful connections with each Brand’s target audience. The team will be led by Joshua Hart as Head of Digital Strategy.

Kim Granger is promoted to Senior Strategist – Social Media, reporting into Josh. Kim will oversee the social and paid functions alongside Senior Paid Specialists, Lauren Oliver, and Christina Zisopoulou.

Charlotte Blanc is promoted to Principal Specialist – Lifecycle Marketing and, along with Luiza Sandru, Channel Specialist Lifecycle Marketing, will continue to report to Josh. They will be responsible for helping to acquire, nurture and retain consumers as part of the CLM specialism.

Rebecca Smith, SEO Specialist will report directly to Josh and continue to offer her valuable expertise and consultancy in SEO.

Digital Strategy Team Organisation Chart

The Digital Strategy Team will join the Shopper Marketing and Insights Team which will be renamed the Group Marketing Team to better reflect its role within the business. Stuart will lead the broader team and his title will change to Group Marketing Director.

The Group Marketing Team will be made up of;

  • Merchandising Design
  • Merchandising Project Management and Procurement
  • Category Management
  • Shopper Communication and Retail Experience
  • Packaging
  • Insights
  • Digital Strategy

This will enable the business to work in a truly collaborative and connected way across all of the consumer touchpoints.

Websites

Kevin Lee ,Global E-Commerce Director, will be responsible for the Brand websites as Product Owner and oversee the Brand website optimisations and roadmaps. Claire Van Blerck will continue in her role as Head of Development with responsibility for the Development team. Christine Man,UI / Web Developer will move to Claire Van Blerck’s team.

Consumer Care

The Consumer Care team led by Stefano Maiorana will report to Kevin Lee and enable us to continue to provide fantastic care and response to our consumers, in particular as we increase our D2C and e-commerce journey.
