Your Annual Performance & Development Review Opens from 1st November
What happens every year at the beginning of November?
It's the start of our annual online Performance & Development Review window!

The process is just the same as the mid-year review except with the addition of the 360 feedback process.
You will have the opportunity to attend drop-in sessions locally during November for any questions. More details will follow via your local HR team.
In the meantime, please start thinking about the following and discuss them with your line manager: -

Who should I include as my 360 reviewers?

What date shall I book for my one-to-one meeting with my manager?
Knowing that a significant number of mid-year reviews were incomplete by the end of September deadline, we urge line managers to ensure these are planned in a timely manner.
