Liquitex Joins Manufacturer’s Village Biggest Open Studios Yet
Open Studios at Manufacturer's Village is a highlight of the fall art season. Dozens of artists' studios are housed in the historic complex of brick buildings on the border of Bloomfield and East Orange.
Liquitex is proud to have participated for the second year at the Open Studios event at Manufacturers Village on October 14th-16th.
Manufacturers Village is not only the home to the Liquitex Just Imagine Residency Program. This 19th-century industrial complex has also been reimagined to house over 70 artists, creators and makers using a wide range of mediums.
This year, Liquitex Resident Artists - Sarah Brenneman, Jake Breiter, and Matilda Forsberg - had the opportunity to display and sell their work and network with industry professionals during Open Studios.

The event garnered well over 1,350 guests - the largest turnout in the history of Manufacturers Village Open Studios. Visitors included curators, gallerists, collectors, artists, and art enthusiasts.
There was a lot of spontaneous awareness and discussion about the Liquitex Just Imagine Residency Artists Program, exuding appreciation and “brand love”.
Liquitex is thrilled to have developed new connections with emerging and established artists, field consumer questions, and have other meaningful conversations supporting the artist community, that contributes to the brand's overarching strategy. The event is a platform for endless inspiration of topics that benefits artists and provides essential content that will be implemented within existing communication pillars in the upcoming year.
The Liquitex brand team looks forward to further nurturing and growing relationships within Manufacturers Village.
