Business Dashboard

The Business Dashboard provides a monthly update and insight to key metrics across the business.ย  These metrics have been broken down into specific areas including:

  • Finance
  • Sustainability
  • People
  • Diversity

The dashboard will be updated on the fourth week of each month.

Finance

Net Sales is a Finance KPI that helps measure the overall growth of the business from revenue generation from new and existing customers

 

Profit is a Finance KPI that is measured by % EBIT (Earnings before interest and taxes)

 

Net Cash Generation before paying Taxes and Interest is a Finance KPI that is measured by Operating Cash Flow

 

Sustainability

Health and Safety is a Sustainability KPI that measures the number of top level three accidents

This measures the % of our waste that is recycled at manufacturing sites

This measures the % of our waste that is hazardous at manufacturing sites

Energy Usage is a Sustainability KPI and measures the % of renewable energy out of the total energy

Social Impact is a Sustainability and People KPI that measures the community impact calculated by the hours contributed per million hours worked

People

(for November 2023)

Attractiveness is a People KPI that measures % of voluntary employee turnover during a rolling 12 month (R12M) period

Wellbeing is a People KPI that measures % of Sick Leave

This measure total headcount and broken up as Headcount by Country

The High Five Gauge is calculated as a minimum of 10% of our people post a high five per month

This represents the number of Starters for the current reporting month.

This represents the number of voluntary Leavers for the current reporting month.

Diversity

% of women across the whole business

% of women on the Colart board

% of women in the Extended Leadership Team (LL3/4/5)

% of women in line management (LL2/3/4/5)
