Website and Consumer Experience Update
Following the Digital Structure and Change Update in September and driven by our desire to enhance our overall consumer touchpoints, we have reviewed and concluded on a new team structure.
The following update is aimed to provide efficiencies in ways of working and developing a road map to improve the overall consumer experience on our branded websites.
Ecommerce
As we progress on our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and ecommerce journey with our Branded websites, Bowen Lee’s role will be expanding to include responsibilities for North America (NA) as well as continuing her responsibilities for the UK market. Bowen joined the UK team two years ago and has been a key driver in our DTC ecommerce endeavors. Effective 1st Jan, Bowen will be reporting directly to me and will continue to work closely with the commercial teams in both the UK and NA to drive DTC ecommerce growth on our branded websites as our Senior Ecommerce Specialist – UK & NA.
Consumer Experience
Under the leadership of Stefano Mariorano, our Consumer Care team has been able to provide excellent service to our consumers. To help increase transparency, build our knowledge base, and maximise our learnings, Stefano’s role will be expanding to encompass overall consumer experience of our branded websites. Working closely with myself and in partnership with the Global Brand & Development teams, Stefano will be responsible for the Brand websites as product owner to lead the optimization efforts and roadmap planning to ensure synergies across all sites as our Senior Strategist – Consumer Experience.
