Code of Conduct Commitment and Training for 2023

Colart is committed to ensuring our business acts with honesty and integrity, and we expect all our people to maintain high standards in everything that they do following our Code of Conduct ("The Code") 

In line with our commitment, we have set a mandatory standard that requires you to confirm your understanding and commitment to The Code every year. You can complete this in two steps:

1. Activate your agreement in Splash, and
2. Watch the eLearning video and complete the online quiz on Colart Academy.

We expect you to complete these two steps by 28 February to ensure we maintain our standards. This year, we have introduced an incentive to ensure full completion by the deadline date, by linking the processing of your 2023 salary increase to your activated commitment confirmation in Splash.  Unfortunately, attempts in the past have not lead to full completion by the deadline, so we hope this incentive supports this.

We value your support to your business units to ensure we are not required to follow through on offering any increase. 

The training will take place in one of two ways: -

1. People with a work email address – will receive a link to the training video on the Colart Academy.
2. People who work in our factories or distribution centres – will be brought together in groups to watch the training video. We plan to use the local online platform for the training in China.
