Have You Made Your Contract, ContractSafe?
With some rogue behaviour, this article is a reminder about ContractSafe. This is the o n l y platform where signed contracts and automated e-signatures should be generated and stored.
ContractSafe was implemented in October 2021 as the Global Contract Repository. All legal documents must be stored within this system. You can read the original article linked to the launch by clicking here or copy/paste the URL into a new tab on your browser: https://intranet-old.colart.com/en/news/contractsafe-the-new-contract-management-solution/
What is ContractSafe?
ContractSafe's contract management software serves as the single point of storage for all contracts excluding employment contracts already stored in Splash. A searchable, central secure contract repository in the cloud makes documents accessible from any location while also keeping them safe and secure. Each reporting entity has access to its own separate secure area of the software which enables full confidentiality of local contracts.
Why should we use ContractSafe?
The use of ContractSafe to store legal company documents is required. No contracts should be stored in email, on local hard drives, network drives, or on team sites. The only exception to this rule is employment contracts created and stored in employee profiles within Splash.
E-Signatures
If you need an e-signature service? HelloSign is built into ContractSafe and is safe, secure, and easy to use.
