After considerable preparation and a successful dry run, we're thrilled to announce we are launching a one-day mandatory course for all leaders called People Empowerment for People Managers.
We are ready to roll this course out across UK, Northern and Southern Europe, North America and China from the end of April and the course is open to all managers at Leadership Level 2 and above.
How are the courses delivered?
- Local HR Business Partners will deliver the course in person by region.
- Course facilitators, by region, are:
- Southern Europe/Le Mans – Carole Briquet
- UK/Northern Europe – Harsa Beagley
- China – Enyi Xing
- North America – Torkel Tellefsen
- The course is one full day
- Attendance is mandatory for LL2 and above.
- We will publish resources relating to this course on Colart Academy.
What's next?
Once we deliver this course in all regions to all LL2 and above, as part of the course review, we will consider how to develop the learning options so that it is available more widely across the business for aspiring leaders.
