It serves as a self-service platform, empowering individuals to complete essential processes such as booking leave, updating personal details, engaging in performance evaluations, setting objectives, participating in 360 reviews, and applying for internal positions.
This comprehensive tool brings several benefits to Colart including:
1. Transparency: Splash provides us with accurate and up-to-date global people information, ensuring transparency across the company.
2. Consistency: By implementing global standards and processes through Splash, we maintain consistency throughout the entire organization. This harmonization enhances collaboration and streamlines operations.
