Staff Sales: Colart offers a generous 50% discount off the retail cost of its products to its employees. You can make your purchases from all of our brand websites. In certain countries, limits may apply for tax reasons so you should ask for more details from your local HR team. Once you have chosen your goods and you are at the checkout page, you will be asked for the discount code. The code you should use is: COLARTDISCOUNT50. The 50% discount will then be taken off the cost of your goods. The products can be delivered to your chosen address. Please note that the discount code is only for Colart employees.
Long Service awards: To recognise long service at Colart, we offer a financial award for certain long service milestones. Talk to your local HR team for more details.
Income Protection: Again, this is a very specific entitlement aligned to your location and the statutory rules regarding the country of employment to talk to your local HR team for more details.
Pension and Life Assurance: This is a very specific entitlement to help you build financial security for their future. The scheme offiered is aligned to your location and the statutory rules regarding the country of employment and normally has two components so you are advised to get specific details from your local HR team:
- A registered pension plan - Contributions are made by both Colart and the employee based on a percentage of the employee‘s earnings, which obeys the local rules.
- Company pension Scheme(ONLY for UK)

We offer compensation that is competitive, and we make sure we maintain that competitiveness through regular participation in salary surveys, benchmarking and market analysis.
Colart compensation program has two components: fixed pay and variable pay.
- Fixed pay includes base pay and position allowance(if eligible) which is determined on job categorizations and market surveys , etc.
- Variable pay includes the following short-term(STIP) and long-term incentives designed to provide employees with direct opportunities to share in Colart’s success.
The Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) is paid annually to eligible individuals subject to leadership level; the achievement of a number of performance conditions (whether business related or personal) and financial/non financial GATES. Temporary employees, students and casual employees are not eligible.
