We believe that youshould be recognised for going above and beyond in your efforts. Our Employee Recognition Programme makes it possible for you to acknowledge your peers for their exceptional contributions. We also like to recognise employees for their dedication and commitment to our business.
The following details the key elements of this programme.
High Fives
Recognition is one of our fundamental human needs.Recognition doesn’t have to be in a formal way and linked to, for exampl,e our progress reviews or indeed promotion. When we feel our efforts can go unseen or unheard it can allow self-doubt to creep in at worst make us feel as though we don’t belong.Recognition has no calendar or appointment…it’s not limited to formal events…it’s at anytime. The greatest value is when it is spontaneous and here are three reasons why we shouldn’t limit our recognition of others:
- Being recognised makes you happy
- When you are happy you feel connected
- When you feel connected it fosters an atmosphere of trust and teamwork
Recognition allows deeper connections between people and teams, so take the time to show you appreciate team members efforts.

On The Spot Awards
It is an on-the-spot recognition program that allows us to stand together as one system to celebrate and recognize the associates who make a huge contribution or consistently living our Values. The award is given annually and the recipients are recognized in front of the entire organization. This unified effort demonstrates that recognition isn’t just a nice-to-have and is instead a vital part of our culture and how we treat each other
Service Recognition
We recognise long service achivements to those who have achieved service milestones (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 years) during the current calendar year. We also believe in flexibility meaning we maintain global ways of working to bond us while respecting local cultures. For this reason the way we celebrate these signifcant milestones vary from region to region and team to team.
