Your Mid-Year Review: Live From 1st July.
We hope that most of you are already familiar with the Splash Perform system. However, as a reminder, here are some frequently asked questions:

1. When will the review window be open?
The Mid-Year review window is open from 1st July until the end of September.
It's worth noting that many Line Managers have already begun planning these one-to-one meetings, taking into account the summer break.

2. Why are mid-year reviews important?
Having a continuous conversation with our line manager about our performance is crucial for both our current and future success.
Furthermore, considering the increase in remote working, maintaining social bonds becomes even more vital. Therefore, we believe that the mid-year review serves as a significant formal touchpoint for this discussion. It underscores our commitment to continuous learning, development, and connectivity with one another.
We recommend using the deepening discussions guide we have prepared to enhance your discussion during the review.

3. Do I need to do another Performance Review in addition to reviewing objectives
It's always beneficial to have a general discussion about performance.
We have simplified the process significantly. Remember, it only consists of four questions, and there's no need to delve into excessive detail during the mid-year review. Think of it as a check-in.
