The What

This is for the email signatures in our work accounts and on our marketing emails. We could include a link to My Computer My Way (https://accessibility.eonenergy.com/mcmw). This is a universally helpful website for digital accessibility.

It has a decision-tree guide for the user to complete. You can use it to adjust your laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone, or your keyboard and mouse.
This website helps build goodwill, is free to use, and its solutions are free to implement.

The signature text could be: ‘If you’d prefer this email in a different format, try the guidance in My Computer My Way.’

The Why

It’s a small but meaningful way to make a positive impact on digital accessibility and inclusivity.
– Colart can raise awareness as an accessibility advocate, and demonstrate our commitment to promoting accessibility and inclusivity.
– Clients and partners may appreciate the effort we put into providing helpful resources that cater to their needs.
– Including the link in our email signatures can help raise awareness about the importance of digital accessibility and encourage others to take proactive steps toward making their digital content more accessible.

The How

Add a line of hyperlinked text to email signatures in our Microsoft 365 accounts and on Bloomreach.
