Fabio Pedrazzi new CEO of Lindéngruppen
As of January 1, 2024, Fabio Pedrazzi will be the new CEO of Lindéngruppen. Current CEO, Paul Schrotti will transition to a Senior Advisor role. This is the announcement released today from our owners, Lindéngruppen.
"I'm delighted that Fabio will become Lindéngruppen’s new CEO" says owner and Chair, Jenny Lindén Urnes. “Fabio has strong leadership qualities as well as industrial, strategic and international experiences that are highly relevant for our Group. The Board and I look forward to working with Fabio on Lindéngruppen’s continued journey to be a force for good.”
Fabio joined Lindéngruppen in October 2022 as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Lindéngruppen, he was the CEO of Spaljisten AB, a manufacturer of foiled products. Earlier in his career, Fabio has held senior positions at Hilti AG and at McKinsey & Company, living in Sweden, Italy, USA, South Africa and Liechtenstein.
“I am both proud and excited to become the CEO of Lindéngruppen. In the past year, I have gotten to know a truly visionary Group with world leading companies. Creativity and innovation is in our DNA, and I look forward to working with our exceptional teams”, says Fabio Pedrazzi.
In connection with the leadership change, Fabio will succeed Paul as the Chair on the Beckers Board. Magdalena Gerger, current vice Chair at Colart, will succeed Paul as the Chair on the Colart Board. At Höganäs AB, Paul will remain in his current role as Lindéngruppen’s owner representative on the Board.
“I would like to thank Paul for his leadership and vision in guiding Lindéngruppen through six eventful and challenging years. We look forward to continue working with Paul in his new role as Senior Advisor”, says Jenny Lindén Urnes.
“Leading this great Group, through unprecedented challenges for our industries and society has been truly exciting. Through it all our companies and great teams have come out stronger. I am deeply grateful for the fantastic support from Jenny and the Board and I look forward to continue contributing to Lindéngruppen’s pioneering journey in my new role”, says Paul Schrotti.
We asked our CEO how these changes impact Colart?
"With Paul's transition into his new position, our current Vice Chair, Magdalena Gerger, will assume the role of the new Chair at Colart. We anticipate this transition to be smooth and reassuring to all, given that both Fabio and Magdalena are already members of the Colart board. I maintain strong, positive relationships with both of them. Our owner, Jenny Lindén Urnes, remains fully committed to Colart and continues to actively participate on our board. We do not anticipate any significant disruptions as a result of these changes, but on the contrary additional support to Colart mid term strategy", says Romain Guinier.
