Decades of Dedication: Michelle’s Career Journey at Crown

Michelle began her journey with Crown Artist Brush in 1988, back when it was known as Reckett and Colman.

She initially joined as a Handler in the crimp department and over the years, she explored various roles within the department. It was six years ago when she decided to make a change and applied for the position of end-of-line packing in the P and D department.

"Throughout my time at Crown, I have cherished every moment, forging deep connections with colleagues who have become like family to me",  says Michelle.
