These are the questions we delved into during the recent town hall meeting where Romain, our CEO revealed our strategic business plan, known as Perform 2030
What is Perform 2030?
- Build a competitive Colart acting as a true market leader.
- Shape a performing value creation model where profitability is the enabler of our ambitions for Planet and People.
Moving on to the Colart House, Roman then says "I will take you through our new Colart House, our cornerstone. This is the guiding force for our actions and decisions, commencing tomorrow."
Our Vision and Mission
Vision:This concerns how we aspire to mould the future, shape society positively, and delineate our desired impact.
Mission: Our aim is to engage with our audience and articulate our driving force. What we are doing today, we'll continue to do tomorrow.
Our Strategy: The Five Pillars
Romain says, “Our strategy is built upon five pivotal pillars that serve as the bedrock for creating value”.
These five pillars are:

- Agility : achieving shared goals by being responsive, adaptable and prepared to take calculated risks to find new solutions with a framework of simple and effective processes
- Accountability : being empowered to take responsibility for actions, obligations and consequences, therefore building trust, respect and reciprocal commitment to deliver

Setting Our Course
Where are we headed? We've already defined the initial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked to Colart 2030. What comes next? Let's identify tangible short-term business and operational objectives that everyone can connect with:
- The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) will cascade information to all teams. Anticipate your involvement in workshops or presentations to gain a deeper understanding of the information.
- The final touches are being put on agility and decision-making at Colart. – this will start to establish our new ways of working.

- FAQs the page also includes FAQs already established and the option for you to ask more questions via an anonymous MS Form.
- In the coming year, we aim to have monthly communications with an emphasis on enhancing communication, interaction, and discussion.
