Are You Performance Review Ready?
Dear all,
By now, you should have got a message asking you to start your self-review in Splash. You can also find the review by logging into Splash and selecting the My Development tab, . There, you'll see simple questions to help you think about your performance.
To prepare for your review, take a look at the details below and check out the infographic in this article.
- We should all think how well we align with our values of Quality, Passion, Agility and Accountability in our job performance.
- Please don't forget to kick off your 360 review and take time to consider your performance objectives.
- If you are conducting a 360 review for someone else, take the opportunity to reflect on whether the person reflects our values. If you are reviewing someone in a leadership role, then think about how they illustrate the 9 leadership behaviours as outlined in the Colart Way.
If you are a line manager
- remember to complete the Talent and Succession Plan sections.
- it's important to evaluate your performance in accordance with the Colart Way and provide evidence that aligns with your role's expectations.

- Your local HR team will host drop-in sessions early in the new year if you have questions or need assistance.
