DEI Practice Story: The Disability Project, China
As a practitioner of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) concept promoted by Colart Group in China, CTAM believes that everyone has their own unique talents and can find their own place in the workplace regardless of gender, age, race, or physical condition.
Since June 2022, the company has employed two individuals with disabilities, Mr. Zhangqiang and Miss Ma Yan. At the same time, they have the opportunity to further skills development training, which not only supports them with any difficulties they face in life, but also enhances their ability to work and be appreciated in society.
作为柯雅集团在中国区推动DEI 理念的践行者，天津柯雅相信每个人都有自己独特的才能，无论性别、年龄、种族或身体状况如何，都能在工作场所中找到属于自己的位置。自 2022 年 6 月公司雇佣了两位残疾人士，并将他们派遣到适合其工作的阳光工场稳定就业，同时使其拥有进一步接受拓展技能培训的机会，这不仅解决了他们当前的生活 实际困难，还提升了他们在社会中生存实现价值的能力。

Paying attention to the physical and mental health of people with disabilities and providing them with diverse care activities is evidence of CTAM’s social responsibility.
Encouraging more colleagues from CTAM to actively participate in volunteer activities, providing a workplace for people with disabilities to communicate and interact with them, help them complete manual production orders, and donate art products to them were all part of the activities involved.
At this year's 99 Public Welfare Day, our friends with disabilities were invited to bring their handicrafts into CTAM. Our colleagues participated in donating their love and raised 999 RMB in an hour charity event.
关注残疾人的身心健康，为他们提供多样化的关爱活动也是天津柯雅履行社会责任的体现。鼓励更多的天津柯雅同事积极参与志愿者活动，来到残疾人工作场所与他们一
起交流互动，帮助他们完成手工生产订单，向他们捐赠美术产品等。今年 99 公益日， 邀请残疾朋友带着他们制作的手工艺品走进天津柯雅进，柯雅同事们都纷纷参与献🎧 爱心，一个小时的活动募集了 999 元善款。
CTAM’s series of DEI promotions and public welfare actions have also been recognised by the Tianjin Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation.
In May 2023, CTAM was awarded as a member unit of the Love for the People Disability Fund, and according to the Tianjin Disability Policy, the CTAM Disability Security Fund for 2022 was reduced by over 90000 RMB，which is a win-win case.
天津柯雅一系列的促进DEI 以及公益行动也得到了天津市残疾人福利基金会的认可，在
2023 年 5 月授予天津柯雅为爱众为民助残基金益起助残成员单位。9 月根据天津市相
关助残政策，减免了 2022 年度天津柯雅残疾人保障金超过 9 万人民币，实现了助残和企业费用节省的双赢。
