Our Town Hall Meeting for November focused on one of five new key strategic pillars, Excellence in Operations,  that form part of Perform 2030,  our Strategic Business Plan. 

We invited guest Group Leadership Team member's Dominquie Murzeau, overseeing  manufacturing for all Colart sites and Bruno Lebourdais, responsible for global supply chain and logistics to help us understand Excellence in Operations a little better.

Business Update

Firstly, Romain provided us with a business update, with highlights summerised below:

  • Romain described the 2024 budgets as "ambitious yet realistic" and confirmed they're now complete.
  • We're gearing up for 2024, focusing on key objectives like excellence in operations, revised pricing strategy, renewed brand ambitions, and launching our new Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategy.
  • The finalised budget and 2024 plans will be presented at the upcoming Colart board meeting next week.  We'll share all the details after the board approves everything.
