Celebrating Pat Shaw’s Remarkable Journey at Colart: 25 Years of Dedication

Payroll isn't just about numbers; it's the heartbeat of our organisation, ensuring that every hardworking individual receives the recognition they deserve. It's the thread that weaves together dedication, commitment, and appreciation into the fabric of our company's success.

It is with great pleasure that we would like to celebrate a remarkable milestone in the career of one of our most dedicated and long-serving employees ... Pat Shaw.

Pat has been an integral part of our company for an impressive 25 years, and we wish to express our deep gratitude for unwavering commitment. Pat started her journey with us on the 7th December 1998. She initially joined as a Payroll Administrator, working under the guidance of Jane Beeston in the HR Department. Her dedication and skill quickly became apparent, leading to her promotion to Payroll Coordinator. In this role, she took on additional responsibilities, overseeing the payroll operations for Kidderminster, Snazaroo, and Crown.

As Colart continued to evolve, Pat transitioned to the Finance department, where she reported to the Finance Director, who promoted her to Payroll Manager. Expanding her scope of work to include benefits management, resulted in her title changing to UK Pay & Benefits Manager. Her agility to adapt to changing roles and taking sole accountability for payroll have been truly commendable.

Pat is now part of the UK/ NE HR department, where she reports to Harsa Beagley. Through these 25 years, Pat has consistently demonstrated the qualities that make an outstanding Colart employee: a strong work ethic, innovative thinking, adaptability, and the ability to foster strong working relationships.

Pat, you are such a dedicated person, focused on quality and outcomes and getting it right and on time for our people.
