Brand Power is one of the five strategic pillars in our business strategy, Perform 2030. A key factor for success within the Brand Power pillar is achieveing higher net sales by "establishing bolder brand positioning supported by a modernised creative approach".
We see this strategy materialise in the Recap 2023 video, showcasing the years' collaborative highlights among teams. There's an update on the launch of their new brand positioning. "Through the eyes of the artist". And recognising this can only happen with the right people in place, we're provided with an updated organisational chart reflecting some of the recent people changes.

We wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of the Winsor & Newton brand team’s highlights for 2023, and to thank you all for your support and collaboration over the year. It’s clearly not been a year without its challenges, but we’re enormously proud of all that has been achieved. We hope you’ll enjoy this short film that the team have pulled together. Launching New Brand Positioning: "Through The Eyes Of The Artist"
We are looking forward to 2024 and the exciting prospect of officially launching our new brand positioning ‘Through the Eyes of the Artist’. Brand Team People Updates
Stephanie Eldred, Global Senior Communications Manager, will be going on maternity leave on 11th January. Stepping up in her absence, I’m delighted to say that Tom French has been promoted to Digital Marketing Manager. Tom will report into me and will in turn be supported by Serena Brahmbhatt who joins the team from 2nd January as Social Media Specialist. Finally, Joe Davis is promoted to Creative Content Strategist in recognition of all the fantastic progress that has been made on the brand’s assets this year. I hope this will really set the team up to embed our new brand positioning across all our brand touchpoints in 2024, and we look forward to working with you all to make this happen.
